They came out to inspect my electrical box and told me I needed to scrap my box out and paint it to get a letter and sticker at first. When I challenged them about how is that if it is cosmetic they said that well you can replace the whole box. Then the inspector calls his boss and his boss said he would just note it in the letter but I would get the sticker. He said the only I needed to do was secure these wires. I get the wire secure by an electrician and then I call for the letter which took 3 weeks to get they say well we are going to mark that you need these breakers with this cord. They never told me this and they said they realized after that fact but it should be done. I waited 3 weeks and they never told me and knew at the time they inspected. I would never recommend them for any

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Please do not waste your money with this inspection company. The level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable. The man I spoke with by the name of Rick was extremely rude. When I asked to speak with a supervisor he told me “God” is his supervisor and hung up on me. He has a very nasty attitude and I urge anyone to spend their money with a company that actually appreciates their customers and have better customer service.

Joe showed up to on time and was Very thorough in inspecting My meter and panel. I did have an issue with my ground but he was able to recommend me someone that would install it to pass inspection codes. It took about 25 minutes. Overall service was very good!

The worst company thus far I’ve never been racially discriminated against in front of my child who is 11 years old ever in my life. The phrase “you people and people like you always get us in trouble” wit PECO was the most disrespectful thing you could say to a woman in 2022. If I could give zero stars I would. We are dealing with a tremendous loss in our family due to the gun violence in Philadelphia and for my 11 year old to have to deal with that and hearing someone Caucasian calling us you people and people like you I really don’t know what that does to her mental I hope this company gets shut down. And we went through all of this just calling to check and see when they would be sending the underwriting certificate to PECO energy

Needed an inspection for PECO. The inspector was nice and knowledgeable - and the office has also been helpful. I would use again.
