Statements Tile and Stone

Given any other option, would never use this vendor again. Absolute pain to deal with.

This review is probably being posted too late. We had come into Statements Tile on a few trips earlier this year to get help on tile selection for our home. Sulu was wonderful, knowledgeable and definitely had an eye for colors and interior design! We really can’t thank her enough for all her wonderful advice! We just found out that Sulu isn’t at Statements Tile anymore. We’ve been to various tile shops and it really comes down to the designer you are working with. As my husband said “Sulu is truly a gem, one of a kind designer that is hard to find.” We wish her the very best! She is by far the best designer we have encountered.

We made an appointment (required during Covid) and were very pleased with their service and selection. Our designer recommended them and we're so glad she did. We were able to find all of our bathroom tile here (wall and floor) and the sales team was helpful while also giving us plenty of time to browse and select samples. We will be going back for our next renovation project.

Our experience dealing with Statements has been stellar! A beautiful showroom coupled with a staff that has invaluable industry knowledge. We were able to find exactly what we needed. They have a tile selection that has great style and is not excessive or redundant. Add to that the experience of the order desk. Belinda was able to calculate exactly what we should order and we received the correct amount of tile and even had the right amount of extra tiles should we ever encounter an issue. Statements you are top notch.

--Great sales team and showroom. Poor customer service and fulfillment.-- After paying for my order - which I knew was a backordered product - I was given a date for product arrival. The remodel process is very detailed and involves a lot of people and a lot of schedules. Because of this, I followed up with Statements every week to check on any change in the status of my tile order. Every call I made resulted in the same confirmation on our tile arrival date. When the week of the tile arrival came, I got the same confirmation on the arrival date - and on the date of the supposed arrival, Statements told me it had NOT actually arrived and they now did not know when it would arrive. So, it was now a Friday with multiple schedules arranged for install on the following Monday, plus housing arr
