Best built docks on Jackson Lake. Just look at the construction of mine and you will be impressed. A lot of small details that some people don’t see will impress most carpenters. Solid build for a lake with a lot of wakeboard boats. Chuck was helpful even after the build was completed.

Needed some cable repair on our Lift. Chuck called back in the evening the same day I called. Said he could do it 3 days later on Friday. Followed up with text and a call on Friday - did the work - looked great and let me know when it was done. Rare responsiveness in these times. I highly recommend him!

They built us a seawall, it looked pretty good. Not like the ones in their web page but it would be functional. They were to come back to backfill behind the seawall and never did. After numerous calls we used another phone and didn't leave a message and were called back within minutes. We were promised that they would be back to backfill in 3 weeks. This is after waiting since March. It is now November and more of our property has eroded and no one will work after another contractor. This company has no regard for the customer and obviously no integrity. Use someone who will finish the job that they have started.

They built my dock 4 years ago. The first summer my lift fell twice damaging my boat. They did come out and repair the lift but no offer to pay for the damage. Now all the boards are sagging that are supporting my boat on the lift. I told them specifically what boat I had and the weight of it. The entire top of the dock needs to be rebuilt. Decking boards are popping up. My closet door would not stay shut they did replace it then it would not open. I had someone else adjust it. Absolutely avoid Chuck and his guys at all cost. Worst mistake I have ever made. Chuck is a nice guy but..
