Sterling AV Systems

We recently moved into a new home and Sterling AV was recommended to us. I met w/Nolan Sterling to scope out what we needed installed (multiple flat screen TV's that needed to be mounted, surround sound, integration w/gaming system and AT&T U-Verse) and he was easily able to handle everything we required. He also was very helpful with recommendations on how to integrate our components into our entertainment centers so that the components are barely visible. Ordering everything took approximately one week and then the installation was completed in a single day. His team was friendly, professional and met all of our needs. I recommend him to all of our friends.

We recently purchased a beautiful home in Austin,( Belvedere, to be exact,) and were highly recommended to use Sterling AV for our home automation and home security needs. Cassidy at Sterling AV has been so helpful through out our home building process. She has gone out of her way to be sure ALL things were taken care of regarding our AV services. We also purchased the Sonos system per her recomendation and have been so pleased.

New employee provided a miscalculated quote by $1500. Additionally, they failed to indicate they could not meet my budget which was clearly advised on day one. The first quote was slightly over budget but was reasonable, the second 'adjusted quote' was where they decided to triple my budget two days prior to install. Needless to say the owner would not even give me the time of day to call me and apologize yet instead wrote an email about how they cannot, "take on the job at the miscalculated total because it would be at a loss.". - Nolan Corgill, 2016. Update: Just talked to Norm and he was very helpful and helped me solve everything with the prewire alarmed system they installed. I'm pretty sure everything will work as expected.
