Jeff was very good at communicating and came out right away to provide a free estimate. I was very happy with the estimate and moved forward with applying for the township permit to have my tree removed. I stated I was applying and that I was also interested in receiving an estimate for tree planting as well. He seemed happy and eager, and then he fell off the face of the earth for a month. I sent several emails, called, and left voicemails with a request for a call back. I ended up using a different company because of the dropped communication. Disappointing.
