After two great experiences with this company, I called to have four old audio speakers removed from my ceiling and replaced them with spectrum lighting instead! Wow! It is a whole new world in this room! Thanks Al C. and Chris ( I believe that was his name) for an exceptional job and for making my home brighter and more beautiful!

Soo Disappointed with this Company. On May 16 2025 early in the morning. I called them to Please come check my AC because it was not working which i didn't know because this is an almost 2 year AC. The technician came and we told him the air was coming out hot. So he opened the AC Talk He went outside checked the Console its working. He went in to the AC Panel said it might be the thermostat but then went outside to the drain line ok it's clogged. He unclogged and came back in said close the windows everything should be fine the air was coming out ok. He told me that he's not going to program the thermostat that I can do it. I don't even know how to do that He charged me $280 dollars i Signed. He left. 15 min later HOT AIr started to come out. Omg I called the Company and told them wha

Hi I am very disappointed with the service from Strada I've been waiting over a year for updates regarding my AC unit. You guys were paid in full in December 2023 and now we are almost in March of 2025 and I'm still waiting on parts for my AC unit. Everytime I call someone's always trying to give me a run around and I get nothing. I always get I'm going to give you a call back and no one ever does. I called recently last week and they said oh we're going to call Goodman and I never got a call back regarding parts this is completely disrespectful and unprofessional especially after we paid you guys in full $3800 for the job and we're still waiting on parts and for the job to be finished. I want some answers and I want clarification from a supervisor or manager because I'm sick and tired of

My AC stopped running over the weekend and I called Strada Services this morning at 9am and I was given a window for today between 1pm-6pm. Ricardo got here at 1:45pm and saved the day! He was very professional, courteous, friendly and explained everything right from the start. He figured out what was wrong with the AC within a couple of minutes and had it running back to normal within a few more minutes. Ricardo did an awesome job and was super nice as well!!

Ricardo Montonez was early to my AC repair appointment. Very much appreciated during the hot months. He was very thorough and professional. Did not push any unneeded services on a customer in need of help.
