WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF OUR LIVES. Strada was asked by our contractor to repair an AC unit under warranty for our new David Weekly home. After coming to our home and saying they needed to order parts we were told they would return for repair in approximately 3 days. A week later after multiple calls they sent someone else to the house without the parts. They had no knowledge of the parts. They said they would order . Fast forward another 2 weeks another provider sent over who said they had the parts , showed up without them , then called back saying he needed the units vin number to order parts . After a grand total of 35 days and innumerable phone calls by our warranty provider and myself they finally said they had the part but could not come for another two days. Meanwhile we did not h

By far the most reliable HVAC company I have ever used. Sam Powell was my technician, he was very professional, reasonable, knowledgeable and extremely polite. He was a pleasure to work with. After calling to request an appointment, Sam showed up to my office in less than an hour! That is something I have NEVER experienced before and we have been in this same office since 1988. He took the time to educate me on my commercial unit and and his knowledge and expertise has made us forever clients. Not to mention the price was outstanding compared to every other quote I had received!!! Thank you Sam!

We had such a great experience with Florida air service & engineering! We noticed our AC unit wasn’t working and called Florida Air and they sent the technician Sam very quickly. He was very kind and thorough. He found out what was wrong and fixed the issue right away. We would highly recommend this company and Sam!
