James was excellent. The consultation or estimate was well worth our time. James addressed our needs, by spending his time, with individual questions that we had, even gave visual hands on experience regarding our furnace issues that needed to be done. Without his knowledge we would not have known, what needed to be done. Thanks so much for your patience and understanding. I appreciated the service from beginning to end today! As far as the actual services we will receive we will be doing the air duct cleaning and I will add...16 plus years of not having air ducts cleaned and to know that may be about $900.00. I booked furnace maintenance services through Professional Services, and they collaborate with Stramowski and West Allis Heating & Cooling. I used to live on the north side and PS was an exceptional and trusted partner. I appreciate the collaboration to provide trustworthy services throughout the region. The technician, Gio, was great. He was professional, efficient, thorough, knowledgeable and thoughtful. He was able to answer all of my questions and provided excellent service in cleaning and assessing the performance health of my furnace. I will be a repeat customer in springtime for cooling system maintenance.

Not the best experience, but they made it right by refunding my money. The first time he came, he was aware I had no heat and its November. He swindled me into getting the maintenance package because he didn't have "time" to clean out the boiler system. He said he would have to come back to clean the system out but there could be an issue with the boxes connected to the boiler. So he left with no compassion and without providing a temporary fix. Still no heat and out of $260. Then he came back week later aware that there could be an issue with a part besides the cleaning. He cleaned out the boiler, then said there could be clogging in the pigtails connected to the boxes and he didnt feel "comfortable" cleaning out the pigtails he'd rather just replace them... then quoted me for $1800!! He

Stramowski customer service is excellent, kind, and responsive. They even called me the morning of my appoinment to fit me in early. The tech they sent out was David and he did the most thorough job I have ever seen for a simple inspection. I felt he really cared about ensuring my furnace would continue running the rest of the winter. He also chatted with me the whole time he worked and we had a pleasant time. I would be happy to hire him for all my hvac needs in the future. Thanks David.

Gio was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He called 25 minutes before arrival, introduced himself and was very polite before entering the house. He explained the issues my furnace was having and answered all of my questions, he was very patient! I highly recommend using this company and you’re in great hands if Gio is your technician!
