Strathmeyer Landscape

I believe the workers, for this company, need some training. I live in a condominium complex and came home to my pretty hostas being whacked right across the tops, and part of my bush hacked terribly too. So my video doorbell showed me that he took his hedge trimmers across the tops of my hostas, leaving all the long leaves of the plants around the sides. Then he took the trimmers, sideways, straight up from the ground, completely removing the greens to expose the ugly brown branches on the one side. He stepped back and stared at the bush, only to realize he had cut right into my string of lights that come on every evening at dark. He then walked away without ringing my doorbell and informing me. Very disappointing.

This company truly earns their exceptionally poor rating. They do not stand behind their work, their products, and do not listen to their customers. Customer service is atrocious. Update: I've already called the office last week and was told they won't help me because my builder placed the order and that I need to deal with him. Well, my builder is no longer responding to me which is why I reached out directly. Strathmeyer installed dead plants and a few days later, the rest of my plants died as well as my trees. Also, they were instructed to install weed barrier prior to installing the plants, and they disregarded that as well.

They came today 7/26 to do our landscaping. 3 guys, 6 ton of stone, 8 hours later beautiful!! Highly impressed!!😊

Purchased 4-6 ft trees here the past several years, we pick up on site, never have any bad experiences. Robin is fantastic, very knowledgeable and super friendly. The guys do a great job loading the trees and get it done very quickly. Certainly & highly recommend this company !

Called for an estimate, came out spent time walking the property with me. Shared idea's and said they would send an estimate. Never heard from them, followed up said they were behind and never heard from them after that. Very poor customer service! If your not interested in small jobs then say so up front. Went with another company who thought $30,000 was worth their time.
