for the love of god RUN for your life from this company!!! They caused a major leak in our ceiling that’s costing us $6,000 and they are refusing to pay the damages!!! First, they came a month and a half later than he said they would meaning we had to live in a house without running water for weeks. He’d say they’d come next week, no show, not answer for weeks, then say they’re coming no show, etc. Finally showed up. First day- BOOM- turned the water on before capping a pipe they were working on flooding our brand new basement ceiling. The guy who did it was sweet and very apologetic, and called the owner and told him what happened in front of us, so we knew he knew what happened. These folks were a dream to deal with. I had a big job running a new sewer line from my old home, underground, through an easement, and connecting to the county sewer. I dealt with Brandon, and he was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. Communication before, during, and after was fantastic. The job turned out great and they were reasonable on the cost. I would definitely recommend Strub's to my family and friends.

I am a GC and have been working with Strub's Plumbing Services for the last two years. They're my go-to plumbers. Brandon and the team are A+ folks to work with. I highly recommend them. For repairs, to new construction, remodels, additions, etc they've been great! Brandon is a straight shooter and very reasonable to deal with. If there's a problem, he's on it - no BS/excuses. If you're reasonable with him, he's reasonable with you. Can't ask for more than that. Two thumbs up.

Brandon and his team are professional and solution oriented. We have worked on small and big jobs alike and I am extremely satisfied. Generally speaking, construction is not straight forward, so I always look for trades that are positive, responsive and creative. Decisions often need to be made on the spot, and Strub's always chooses wisely. Last week one of the plumbers called his co-worker to help solve a difficult gas piping situation. Gave Strub’s call expecting to be told see you in 3 weeks, but Brandon sent Jeff 2 days later. Jeff was friendly fast and very professional. I am recommending Stubs to anyone who wants a good plumber on hand!
