This company really saved me. A third party company I had order gravel from online tried to rip me off and charge more money telling me the day before my delivery that their truck broke down, Stuart M Perry was able to not only get me the gravel I needed but at a great price. The people I spoke with on the phone helped me out a lot and where very knowledgeable, friendly and saved me from having to over pay for the gravel I needed. If you ever need a local place to get stone I highly recommend this company.

I found it difficult to coordinate with this Quarry over delivery of gravel. We ordered about 20 tons to redo our driveway. They have rescheduled with us three times and we still don't have our gravel. Update: Once they came to deliver a few days later, we requested that they drop the gravel on the edge of our driveway, yet the driver drove into our yard for some reason, got his truck stuck and decided that he had to then drop the gravel where he was to get the truck out. Not only did he dump the gravel right onto our grass (which will be a headache to clean up) but he tore up a large part of our yard in doing so.

Good prices but VERY POOR communication or interest in understanding/following the customers directions when on-site. Condescending (looking at you, Miranda) when confronted and dismissive when you try to work out a solution. AVOID if you can, or you may end up paying double with your time and energy to fix their mistake.

Wow what a terrible experience, Delivery driver was rude and didn't spread the 2nd load and just dumped it. Specific directions were given and 2nd driver even admitted he misunderstood the directions. Customer service was non existent. We should have used Shenandoah Sands, lesson learned.

Good buncha folks working there. From the scale house all the way in the back jack, good people. Bobby running asphalt plant good folk. The company I haul for does business out of there. I recommend Stuart Perry for all your stone material and what not.
