If you’re in the market for gutters I’d definitely recommend going elsewhere. Had these guys out for initial install and afterwards, portions of the gutters filled with water. Had them out a second time to properly pitch the gutters so that water didn’t collect in them. Upon doing so, some of the mounting brackets were attached half way down in the gutter so when it rained, water would leak in these areas. Notified them again of the problem and they repositioned the mounts, creating more holes and globed sealant on the old holes. Now, two years later all of my corners leak. Not only am I out what I paid for this service, but I’ll have to pay for another company to come in, uninstall what they did, likely replace my fascia, and install new gutters.

I had Suburban out to replace my gutters and the whole experience was horrible. First, they randomly showed up to do the install without scheduling a day with me. Not a huge deal as the job was outside, but still unprofessional to not set an appointment. When it came to the actual job, they destroyed my old drip edge when taking the old gutters out. Sections of it were torn completely off, and most of it was extremely bent. When they put the new ones in, the pitch they used left a lot of facia board exposed along with the holes from the old gutter nails. I'm not even 100% sure the pitch they used was correct because it was way more extreme than my old gutters. He installed a fireplace in our new Scarmazzi build 2 years ago. The fireplace does not work now and I have made 3 calls and he promises to call me back, but never does. In fact, he actually admitted that he lost my information and forgot about me, but promised to call back that same day. Never happened. I think he's not a vender for Scarmazzi anymore and doesn't want to repair the junk he installed. I'll look else ware and tell everyone about my experience.
