I have been a customer of SSM since 2018 — they installed the HVAC unit to my home. I have tried calling the office two times in the last 3 weeks so that I can have a repair man come out to fix the crack in my fan blade. I even told the lady that answered the phone that I would pre-pay for the service because this is an emergency. The lady told me both times that they would have to call me back — it has been 3 weeks and still no call back regarding the status of my account. Now I am being forced to search for other HVAC companies. The communication and customer service from this company is very much lacking. Such a disappointment!

These guys saved my butt! Water heater went out and I was getting some crazy high quotes. They showed up, professional and reasonably priced. Got my water heater installed within 24 hours and saved the day. Thank you for your work and I will be using yall again.

Great experience! Came by and gave me a free estimate for moving my garage heat pump. Gave it to me straight (tough job, 2 days), but it went exactly as planned. Ray was very friendly and answered all my questions, including the morning the job started. Service techs were also friendly (and hard working!). Explained what they were doing, understood my concerns, and completed the job ahead of time and on budget. Left my garage in a cleaner state than when they found it. Everything they worked on looked amazing! Only area for improvement is phone communications - make sure you call them and confirm everything. Receptionist is friendly and will get you taken care of, but being pro-active leaves something to be desired.

Called 3 times to schedule an appointment for a quote to have some electrical work done to install some outdoor lighting. Each time, I'm told Ray will call me back. That never happens. Done chasing this company down and will find someone else.
