Company made apt to meet with insurance adjuster. No one came to property. Call to company. Poor customer service and tone. Unapologetic. Unkind. Man on phone said " I am sure you're a northern transplant, I reckon!" and hung up on me. I would not recommend. Good thing people need to replace roofs frequently, no need for new business.

This company has been reported to the BBB for charging for work that was never done. I am the President of an HOA in Myrtle Beach. We had this company come out to give a bid on a job. No work was ever done. No work order or bid was even submitted from them. Since then, they have sent several requests for payment and then threatened Civil Action. Stay away from this company at all costs!!!

They installed a chimney cap in 2020 it started pouring in my house I called they said they would be out to check it. Kept calling and calling no answer. So I finally messaged on FB no answer someone looked at the message. So today I dove over there and they have closed/ moved. Finally someone answered the phone and said they would come out and check. No one showed up no one answered the phone so I guess he doesn't want to fix the problem.

Very dishonest people. I would highly recommend contacting any of their competitors. At the very least, you should get other bids before dealing with them. Not worth the headache dealing with them.

Just putting an average rating as I have NOT done business with them ...... but wanted to say thank you to those who posted. I am looking for a company and will stay clear based on these reviews.
