Summertime Pool & Spa

We have had a great experience with Summertime in building and maintaining our inground pool since 2023 and we are now in our second summer season. We did have to initially convince them that building in our backyard was possible. Once the team visited the site all was well and the founder managed our expectations on timeline, supply chain issues (pandemic after-effects) and price. We had tons of questions while the build happened. We had an architect help with the site plan. We agonized over travertine (and what it was and why it cost so very very much). We were general pains in the patootie (we still are). Dean, Kim and the team handled things with aplomb. They are busy as they should be given the quality of what they deliver, but our elders have yet to have had to wait for the hot

Absolutely Fantastic Customer Service! We are moving back to the area and bought a house with a Pool and Hot tub, we were in a bit of a bind today and their above and beyond service today has made me a Customer for life!!!

Friendly staff, had them perform a pool opening/cleaning service. The breaker tripped and my pool pump stopped running. instead of waiting 5 minutes for me to return from the store they left and only brushed my pool while still charging 125 dollars for a service call and did not offer to return and finish the job.

My goodness, I see such wonderful reviews... I would love to have had that experience. It is difficult getting anyone to call you back. I won;t give the complete rundown but I will share highlights - called and spoke with someone, was told teh boss would call me back -few weeks later I called back (repeat)...\submitted email - Received email from Kim asking what size pool -Responded and never head anything else - I called again and asked to speak with Kim. She asked me to send pictures of my backyard so (I forget his name) would have an idea - I didnt hear back, so I called the office and texted/called the number I sent pictures to (no response) - a month later I called and spoke with anvery nice young lady who told me Kim was "the boss"..... WHAT??!! She collected my name and nunber

Can’t even get them to come out. My husband and I are working on our pool and deck. We have been trying to get a professional out to take a look and see what can be done with the pool. Every time I’m on the phone with them, I get rushed off. We’re new to the area so don’t know many other places. It’s honestly extremely rube. If you don’t have time give me someone else i can calls.
