I own a property management company so we see our fair share of emergencies and Summit Restoration is always our first call for water damage, fire, mold, etc. I am so grateful to work with them. They are honest, fair and they are great with communication. I feel like I can hand over my clients to them and they will do an amazing job. We had the most amazing experience working with Summit Cleaning and Restoration. I made one phone call to my insurance carrier upon discovering flowing water in our master bathroom. Within 2 hours Jordan, Brian and Josh were on site assessing the water damage and starting the water extraction. Water is so invasive, I had no idea! This broken pipe affected drywall, cabinets, tile, plumbing, gas lines, carpet, trim, paint, duct systems, insulation under the house and wood floors in my entire downstairs. Jordan set my expectations for the drying process on day one during the demolition and the team checked in on us daily. Summit Cleaning and Restoration did an amazing job on our home repair when we had a leak in our roof cause some major damage! They came out to tarp the house immediately and stayed on top of our insurance through the whole process! The project manager Matt did an excellent job anticipating what we would need while our kitchen was under repair. Thanks to Justin the finishing touches were perfect! My kitchen looks better than it ever has before.
