Garrett did a fence extension for me this summer that was wonderfully done. Matched the existing fence exactly. More recently he excavated and leveled an area for a greenhouse, an area about 30’ by 30’. He built a retaining wall for that area, which looks great and is solidly built. All of these projects he was able to complete quickly and efficiently. He and his crew work very hard and nonstop until the jobs were done. I have not ever seen landscapers work as hard as Garrett and his crew do. He will definitely be my go too for tough jobs like these.

Very disappointed, cheap materials used while paying 800 above what job should of cost. Business owner reneges on promises to make good on cheap material used on job. Double gate that was replaced fell apart, broken hardware used did not stand up to wind. Too many excuses not getting the work done in a timely manner. workers brought their dog without permission. Business owner demanded balance before work could be inspected. We were just getting back from vacation, we hadn't even gotten in our car before we were called for the balance of the work. My brother in law watched the work being done and kept us posted while we were away. Several failed attempts to get business owner to respond to see if indeed he was going to make good on his word to send a worker out to repair the gate. We have

Garrett and his crew did ecactly what they said they would do. No surprises from their initial estimate. We had two different styles of fences installed. They went out of their way to get one type brought in from SLC so the project would get finished in a timely manner.

Summit did a great job. Garrett was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Our fence repairs and new gates are exceptional.

Driving down the highway and a White ford with Summit Property Services, pulling a trailer was cutting in and out of traffic with no regard for other cars or others safety. Bad advertisements go a lot further than good!
