Called and told them upfront that I had a grease trap that was FULL, not draining, and over flowing. They showed up in a box truck. Obviously you can’t get to the clogged pipe if you can’t empty the grease. I told the lady on the phone the last company came out, drained it, said they fixed it and yet it’s full again a couple days later. I was calling them trying to find a company that wouldn’t take advantage of me again. Explained the whole situation on the phone. I asked if they handle grease traps. I can’t understand why you would still send someone out knowing the grease trap is full and they can’t empty it. Needless to say they poked around for a hour and sent me a 300 something dollar bill. They replaced a hot water heater for me that was still under warranty. Prompt efficient service was performed, and the warranty issue was handled without a problem. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and efficient. Definitely recommend this company.

This company is wonderful! I had a major leak and Roy was my plumber today. He did such an excellent job. I mean really above and beyond! I also had opportunity to meet the owner, Carl, on the first plumbing job that Roy did for me. And y'all, I can understand why Mr. Carl has such an excellent staff. He did me such a kindness, and had Roy take care of my plumbing issue even though I was not yet a customer. (I had only just met them when they were doing a job for my neighbor.) And who doesn't want to work for a boss like that! If y'all ever need a plumber, save yourself time, money, and headaches and call this company ❤️

I am very happy with Derrick, and his partner who came out to change two shower cartridges. One was dripping, and the other one getting hard to turn as they were both 17 years old. I had a quote from Frank Gay, and his plumber wanted $218.00 more than Sun State charged. That's a lot of money. Sun State is my go to plumber from now on. Thank you Carl, Derrick, and partner.

I called first thing in the morning and they was out an hour later to replace my water heater. They was very professional and very quick. It was a very smooth easy process and was a very good price as well. Will definitely give them a call for other plumbing needs when the time comes.
