Sunrock Industries Zebulon East Wake Facility

Was behind a sunrock cement truck just leaving the plant in Zebulon on 64 bypass who evidently when the truck was loaded cement was spilled on the truck . There was probably 10 or 15 vehicles that had pulled over with broken or cracked windshields due to the driver and companies lack of concern. I reported it immediately after attempting to get the driver's attention to stop which he disregarded. The companies so called safety Officer checked and after a week finally informed me that the company was not going to repair it. The trucks dot # was 0715155 and the truck # was 6416. I took a photo of the truck when it would not pull over. I am a retired 30 year LEO and understand people scam , but I told the person I reported it to that there was numerous vehicles pulled over from the company

Not related to their services per say but behavior speaks volumes.Just saw one of their trucks on the road in traffic dumping trash out of the window.
