If I could give Sunwest Flooring ten stars I would. After reading the other reviews I decided to give them a call. I needed to replace the carpet in our master bedroom with wood or laminate so my wife's very heavy hospital bed could be moved easier. Aaron Kay came to my home and talked about our needs and what we expected. He came back with samples and discussed the best options. His price was acceptable and I told him of my expectation for a perfect install especially the transition from one room to the other. His crew of Dallin, Jay, Enrique and Tio showed up on time. They discovered some damage in the subfloor from the heavy bed and gave me a price to repair it on the spot and ran to the hardware store to get parts and did a quick repair. They were pros and had the entire job completed

I had an outstanding experience with Sunwest Flooring, and Rick was fantastic to work with. I was specifically looking for Flooret Luxury Vinyl Planks. Even though Sunwest had just become a Flooret distributor and didn’t yet have their full display setup, Rick went above and beyond to help me. I shared my budget with him, and he quoted me a price that was actually lower than what Flooret listed on their own website — I was instantly sold. On top of that, Sunwest loaned me samples to take home so I could see the flooring in my space before committing, which made the decision much easier. I chose Flooret Modin Signature in the Nakan color, and Rick handled everything directly with Flooret. I was initially told the Nakan was on backorder and could take about six weeks, but my flooring arrived

The installers were on time and quickly finished what should have been a TWO day job in only a ONE day job. Mario was trustworthy and knowledgeable. Aaron Kay was easy to work with and always available when I had questions. I’m very happy with my new carpet and the install! They did a beautiful job. I love Sunwest Flooring!!
