Super Maids NY

Cleaners damaged my shower curtain. Per their policy, there were supposed to compensate the amount of damage. They did not and have avoided my calls. Do not go with this service if you value your property/possessions. Instead choose an honest company that stands by their policies.

This company is stacking it's reviews and leaving negative reviews for local competitors. - We found this out after hiring them to provide cleaning services for our home. The staff arrived over 30 minutes late and did an abysmal job. They charged our credit card while the staff was leaving the house, without even discussing the job performed or if we were satisfied, which we were NOT. They completely overcharged us and would not issue a refund. This company is completely unprofessional and underhanded. STAY AWAY! they are unscrupulous. We would leave a 0 star if we could.

Incredibly terrible customer service. Appointment booked weeks ago and then they go radio silent as day approaches with no confirmation. I sat in an empty apartment for 2 hours waiting for it to be cleaned and scrambling to find another cleaner on 1-day notice. Absolutely terrible business

The best way to describe Super Maids cleaning service is reliable. No mayter when we call, email or book they're there to fulfill our requests and answer our questions. Most cleaning services in white plains hardly even answer the phone. Yenny and Rene always clean our home better than we could ask for. Thanks a millions times
