I get my GFs carpets cleaned every month faithfully. This month he left stains on the carpets he was told immediately but took 2 weeks to get back. Supposedly he treated with $50 of some chemical but looked the same- instead of simply saying or offering to redo the carpet & remove stains (at a cost of course) from carpet he tells her I quote his exact words "i don't make enough off of you to do for free" no one ever asked him to do for free. SIR You forget how we all get started in business- 3 years doing her carpet over a lousy $50 of some super power chemical that you claimed -was the issue -pretty sad how you talk to people.

I am absolutely thrilled with Scott Seden's work!!! He came on short notice to clean my carpet and did an awesome job. He was there when he promised, friendly, fast and extremely knowledgeable of the tools and products of his business. He even steam cleaned my tile while he was there! Price? Very reasonable!!!!
