I am a local real estate agent and was managing a job on behalf of sellers listing a house in Mary Esther west of Hurlburt Field. Superior Fence & Rail provided a detailed estimate and sketches. They answered all of my questions and those of the sellers, who selected them though they were not the least expensive bid. They agreed to build the fence to the sellers' specifications. They had the underground utilities checked to ensure there would be no issues, and scheduled a date. Their crew showed up on time, walked me through the job, and advised they would provide me with an hour's notice so I could return at the end and the sellers could have notice too, so they could call in for a video review. I've had two jobs done with Superior and I am absolutely beyond happy with them. The crews that came out were super friendly and kept me involved through the whole process. They dont cut any corners. One young man commented after I asked him about a piece of fence he was taking out, " when you do a job..you do it right". Apparently there was a flaw in the wood that I didn't even notice. I am extremely upset and disappointed with the way I was treated during the fence installation process. Brent Burkett called me "stupid" and made comments to workers that I "sleep all the time." This is completely untrue, disrespectful, and highly unprofessional. On the first day, Brent attempted to schedule the estimate appointment the same day. I informed him that I already had prior commitments, including a neurologist appointment for my daughter due to her epilepsy, and that I was also actively on the phone handling medical matters. This information was clearly communicated. Despite this, inappropriate assumptions were made about my availability and character.
