Terrible experience with one of their employees driving one of their company vehicles. He was very hostile and unprofessional.
These guys are the best. They replaced our AC unit and when it required more negotiating with the machine than expected, they stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. They also replaced the pieces of copper pipe some previous joker had put in with the correct fuses and told me what to look for at Home Depot if I ever need to replace them myself. Above and beyond, 5 Stars, very pleased.
Contractors used my bathroom while I was not home without my permission. They left the toilet seat up as well. When I confronted them, there was no real apology they were only sorry that they were caught. Unprofessional.
The best company so far, great service customer priority.
