I experienced significant miscommunication throughout the process. The company did not provide an updated quote prior to their team arriving, which was frustrating. Unfortunately, the work on my chimney was not handled properly and ended up causing damage to my house. The company has not taken responsibility for the issues, and I found their organization and quote management to be lacking. I would not recommend based on my experience.
Superior Painters restored my log home in Baldwin Lake. They did an excellent job and is highly recommended. Bill Saumier
