“Definitely Not” Superior Sealcoat We found Superior through all the great reviews (our last company owner retired and sold business) but the job was nowhere close to Superior. The Good - easy to schedule, friendly workers, quick turn around. The Bad - the end product. See photos. I understand there will be some brush strokes w brush vs spray application but our job was excessively bad. The Ugly - I reached out to Superior and spoke to a very nice person by the name of Adam. He mentioned it is covered under their “warranty” and asked me to send photos. I sent pics immediately. After not hearing from anyone for 7 days I called back. It was Adam again. I’m extremely disappointed with the way Superior Seal Coating handled my account. I had services done on 10/24 and 10/27. Due to work travel, holidays, and an overwhelming amount of emails and voicemails, I was unaware that my bill pay didn’t process the payment. Instead of handling things professionally, an employee (possibly the owner) showed up at my home unannounced today, January 16th. He spoke to me in a rude and condescending manner, questioning why I wasn’t answering my phone, as if I owed him an explanation. (All recorded on my ring camera) but No business should ever show up at a customer’s home demanding payment, especially without notice. Superior Sealcoating is the only company I will use from now on. They were easy to get in touch with and very professional. Hector and Al were very nice and did a great job. I highly recommend them.

Superior Seal Coating was easy to work with and was great with communication!! Adam and Jerry were awesome to work with and made the process seamless. We wanted to get a extension on our driveway to create a basketball court. They were so knowledgeable and helped in deciding the best location. They walked us through the process of getting a permit from the township, to make it possible for the work to get done (We had no idea). They were able to get out sooner then they had anticipated and got the job done in timely manner. We could not be happier with the outcome. Great price, fantastic communication and completed in a timely manner. I will be using them again :)
