Superior Septic Services

This is a dishonest business that will steal your money. I paid $300 to Superior Septic (RM Innovations Inc) for the twice a year maintenance for our septic system. The check was cashed in June 2025 but then they never came out to check our septic system. I contacted them for over a month between July and August 2025 to see when they would complete the maintenance visit. I called and left voicemails, texted and emailed and it took 6 weeks to get a response. Eventually I said I just I needed a refund and finally I heard from Char with Superior Septic. She told me that Superior had come out and talked to my husband because we had low alarm levels. That never happened. My husband had never talked to them and we work from home and knew they had never come to our house. When I pushed back a

I called this company over 8 times over a month period to get my septic tank pumped. I left multiple voicemails and never got a return call. Their vm says they will get back to you in 24hrs. This was not my experience. I have them 1 star because they were unreachable and non responsive with many efforts.

Char is such an amazing person! I needed help with an issue I was having, she took the time to help me out, guide me through it and go above and beyond what could of been expected! I would recommend Superior Septic, they care and are honest people to work with!

Very nice family owned business. I had a great experience with superior septic! They did good quality work, we’re on time, and very friendly. They were great with fitting me into their schedule. I would highly recommend and I will be using superior septic again!

Superior Septic is absolutely the BEST! I had a backed-up septic system, so called and spoke with Char. She fit me into their schedule that very same day. Her son arrived and pumped the tank, and explained how things work in the system/tank, etc. He also made suggestions for things to watch for and do in the future if the problem arises again. Very knowledgeable and professional. Appreciate Superior's business practices!
