Just wanted to say thank you to Eric and the team at Superior Service and Schrimpf Management. The timing and response to a broken AC unit was more than I could ask for. Superior Technicians were professional, courteous and fast!

Didn't know it was common place to laugh when asking if you could get a status update on an appointment on your only day off after working 7 days on because there's "no time for that", but y'know, at least they gave it to me like it was. Ain't got time to make the appointment, but you got time to laugh in someone's face when business is going good. 🤣

Our A/C went out late on a Saturday night but we didn't realize it until Sunday morning when our home temp reached 80+ in July. I called Superior Service Inc. that Sunday morning. I immediately got a call back to discuss the problem. He was at my house in under 20-minutes, quickly and properly diagnosed the issue, had the replacement part available, replaced the part, check for proper function, and checked refrigerant charge (which was good). He also made recommendations and provided helpful tips to ensure my A/C was working at top performance which I very much appreciated. I'm grateful for response on a Sunday, for having the part, for the quick work, for being honest and helpful, and for having a fair and reasonable price. We've had three issues over the years that Superior Service has fixed for us. The technicians have always been professional, and have never tried to "up sale" products. There business is built on values and honesty. Our family will always call on them for all repairs/ replacements.

My air went out over the weekend. I called them first thing Monday morning. The lady that answered was super friendly and very understanding. Within an hour or so the tech, Matt, was at my house. He was able to fix my air in 30 mins or less. He was also super friendly. Thank you for the quick response.
