I worked with Matt and Superior Restoration Services and I could not have had a better experience following a difficult time. Matt explained every step of the process, what needed to be done, and my different options for getting to the finish line. After working with a variety of other contractors in the past for different issues I was nervous that the communication would be lacking; it was not. Superior was amazing!! They came to my house after we had a fire to the kitchen, and dining room. My wife and I were in a panic. Matt and his crew quickly made our worries go away. They communicated, and secured the damaged areas in no time. They cleaned the damage and rebuilt the kitchen, and dining room quickly. Superior was the right company for us. We highly recommend them.

I recently had a small kitchen fire. Smoke filled my entire condo, and I was stressed to say the least. After calling multiple restoration companies I decided to use Superior. They responded immediately. They took care of cleaning my entire condo within days. They also painted my condo. Superior in fact does provide superior service. Great owner, and crew. Very satisfied with the results.

100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you value your time and money, I recommend you find someone else. After Matt gave an absurdly high estimate to repaint a ceiling without actually trouble shooting where the water damage came from, he assigned Marco from JM Construction LLC to take a look. Marco's foreman was late, called to reschedule, came at a different time than arranged, refused to speak with my wife, and left without telling anyone the issue. When I called Marco, he was curt, immature, refused to tell me all the supposed "issues" his crew found and hung up on me. 2 work days wasted.

Matt, and his team of experts truly stand behind their name. Not only did they give us superior service, they also communicated, and guided us through this process. Consistent communication is rare these days when it comes to service, in addition to quick response time. I was happy that Matt and his team provided just that. Highly Recommend!
