Actually had an amazing experience until I saw they tried to charge me extra and when I went to find out why I was greeted with a gentleman who didn't understand the notes that were left on the order ticket strike one....then I was greeted with a horrible customer service representative am I allowed to say her name IDK IDC Amanda she was very rude over they phone and very confrontational, even after she said she would listen to the call she continued to argue with me telling me that I have bought concrete from them. Which I have never, stike 2 next time definitely using Argos.....thier last strike wasn't on my watch but saving $75 bucks was not worth that.

I will give this place at least a 2 only because the dispatcher that takes my phone calls is an awesome woman at her job, Very polite and helpful! I can’t say that about the others! Very rude and disrespectful. I’m a concrete contractor and used this service for a few years now. I pay before concrete is delivered and never had complained when little things are off on there department, but they have become careless and do not arrive on time or the amount of concrete is short. I recently ordered 5yds for a 7’6”W x 48’L x4”D porch. The project is calculated at 4.44 yds so I ordered 5yds to make sure I have enough. Turns out that I am short 1yrd. Makes no sense! So I call and try to find out what’s going on and came to be told it was correct of 5yds. No it wasn’t! I’ve been doing this for year

Its 1115 PM and it sounds like they're mixing concrete, I live about a half mile from here and I can hear it inside my house!
