These people do the “landscaping” for our subdivision and they are TERRIBLE! My home and everything around it is brand new, and very important to me as I’ve worked hard to buy this home as a single mother with 1 income. My garden bed edging has been torn to bits, and the manager has done nothing to fix this. No one has apologized, picked up the pieces of edging they break, knocked on my door and taken responsibility. All I get back is “you shouldn’t use that type of trimming. We will just avoid your house then.” This person offered to buy new edging without asking me if that’s what I wanted, and when they dropped it off, it was the wrong house. I had proof of my address in our email chain, and the manager lied and said that wasn’t the address I gave him. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! There is a

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. They are also our neighborhood landscaper like the other reviews mentioned. A two year old with a toy lawnmower could do a better job. This pic is about an hour after they “cut” the grass. I even stopped one of their employees to let them know they missed half my yard and they packed up and left without fixing it.

The reason I am leaving this review is because this is the third time over 3 years that I have addressed it with you. There are several instances that I have overlooked . We appreciate having our landscapes taken care of by your team of employees but I can't for the life of me understand how they don't know that if they blow over plants that are on a porch with their blowers, they need to pick it up immediately. I come home today from running errands and my plant is blown over with pieces of it all over my porch. I literally had to find the actual plant. It's unacceptable and I do not want anyone coming on my property behaving that way. This is very elementary customer service. Train your workers to do better.

Sweetwater has untrained landscapers who hacked away at my flowering bushes right before blooming season was basically told “whoopsies” that’s a you problem - they are consistently late on starting our lawn care for the season leading to the grass staying brown

They are a do it quick and bare minimum type of crew. One of their mowers hit my new car with a rock and left a dent/scratches. I heard the loud bang inside and walked out to see a guy looking around for damage. Owner hasn’t responded to emails.
