Swenson has been displacing local businesses and just refused to renew the lease for our ONLY local food market, the Farmers Market at Live Oak Village. They have shown that they do NOT care about the Live Oak community. DO NOT give your money to this greedy company. They do NOT represent Live Oak.

Swenson builders has displaced the Live Oak Farmers Market after 22 years. We live across the street from this parking lot - it is decrepit. But on Market Sunday's it is beautiful - local farmers, local musicians, and local citizens gather as a community for everything that is good in life. This market is the fabric of Live Oak, so very sad.

I've heard and had friends experience horrific things from Swenson Builders. Aptos village is SUFFERING because Swenson won't budge on lease $ so he can just write them off instead of supporting small business and have our community thrive. Also, not collaborating with the best farmers market in town is beyond heartbreaking. Clearly Swenson is all about $$$ and a bottom line not true community. Please don't support this builder!

Truly untrustable, moneygrabbers who do not care about the local community, see them displacing the Live Oak Farmers Market! If anyone works with Swenson, know you're destroying all that makes local communities thrive.

Swenson, a large company refused to renew a lease with a small business JiarenYogaStudio despite having good relations and offered it to a higher bidder. This just shows they will backstab any business for a higher bidder. DO NOT TRUST.
