Swimcon Pool Company Inc

Within a week of ending our contract with swimcon, our pool pump mysteriously went missing. Not saying they stole it, but it wasn’t ripped out. Whoever took it had a key and knew what they were doing. This is after they permanently stained my hot tub and refused to fix it. This company is trash.

Swim on has been servicing our pool for the past 10 or so years now. I absolutely love the none pushy service they offer. I hardly ever need to call them and when I do and ask for anything, they are on top of it ASAP. Very pleased. Will recommend to anyone.

This Company is a total rip off. I hired them to change my pool lights. They gave me a quote. The installer came out and it was obvious that he did not know what he was doing. They tried to us a flimsy fish tape to pull the lighting cables through the conduit but it kept bending. He wasted hours trying to use that flimsy fish tape. Finally, he went to a hardware store and bought a stiffer fish tape. On the first try he pulled the cable through the conduit. I got the bill from Swim Com and it was twice the quote. They said the installation took longer than what was in the quote. In addition, the invoice included the purchase of the new fish tape. How dare they charge me to equipment they purchased. This is probably the worst pool service company around. The "cleaner" shows up every other week (meant to be every week) and spend a whopping 5 minutes scooping leaves out of the pool, then leaves. Pool regularly turns green and they always say someone will come out to fix it. Of course, that never happens. Avoid this company at all costs.

It's hard to understand why a pool place is only open M-F, when pool owners are working and can't come by the store.
