Daniel came out to work with us on an estimate for a new roof and he was super helpful! He helped educate me on the terminology of roofing, and assess what my specific needs would be in replacing a 40 year old roof. In the end Symplify's price was undercut by another installer, but I'm so grateful for the professionalism and knowledge that Daniel shared with me through the process. Great company to work with.

Ethan and his team were knowledgable, professional, clear in explaining options, never pushed or tried to sell me, and really stood out from the 10 other estimates we received simply by listening. Unlike others, Ethan knew exactly what type of roof we had, took the time to look at our neighborhood, and listened to my preferences and hopes for the project. The roof installation itself was quick, without hassle, and were respectful of our home, cleaned up thoroughly, and even kept things tidy inside while installing two skylights. We are extremely pleased with our new, beautiful roof and all of our neighbors are impressed as well. From beginning to end, the team was a pleasure to work with. I got several quotes from roofing companies. Symplify was quick to respond, and made a good impression. The prices were all pretty similar, so I made the choice based on my impression of the company. The reality did not disappoint. They were organized, communicated well, did good work (as far as I can tell), and were a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend them.

I originally called symplify because I thought I had a leak on my roof. Daniel came out the next day and educated me on my roof and what was needed. There was actually no leak on my roof and the issue was coming from the siding located at the addition that was installed prior to me living at the property. Daniel educated me on the next steps that were needed and also threw away debris that was on my roof at no charge. My roof actually had another 10 years of life remaining! This kind of honesty is rare these days. I definitely recommend symplify and will be telling my friends/family about them.
