I have used T&S for many years, but they have been bought out by another company. They hey no charge over $350 an hour and mark up parts 300% over Amazon prices.

Very happy with Tim, Steve and their crew on the heating & hot water system install. From the estimate to install they communicated quickly and were always on time (or even early) to appointments. I doubt you'll find a better combination of price, quality work and speed. They worked with me on a better location for the system and didn't steer me to the most expensive model. They left my basement cleaner than it was when they got there. Very glad I called them. I prefer to support local businesses when I can and I'm happy to recommend them and continue to use T&S.

Tim and Steve (T&S) are the best. Knowledgeable, professional, extremely diligent. They handle all my heating and cooling and hot water needs at home and at my commercial building. Their care for their clients and their care for your home are unsurpassed. I would give them six stars if I could.

We use Tim and Steve for everything (And Barbie who runs the show behind the scenes). We own two houses and have them service our units, fill our oil, and we even had them do an entire home heating and A/C system. We couldn't be happier. They always do what they say they will and when they say they will. They are very reasonably priced and proffessional. We own our own contracting business and we appreciate all they do. They are the ONLY company we refer to our clients because they make us look good.

We bought our home in September of 2021 , which was only contingent on the furnace being serviced and cleaned out since we knew it was older.. we were told it was cleaned by this company and bought the home. 2 days before Christmas our furnace started to puff out black soot and smoke into our home due to it being SO FULL it could no longer vent out. We were displaced from our brand new home for a MONTH while it was cleaned out. When I contacted T&S to ask about this, I was told by Barbie that she would look into it and let me know who cleaned the furnace. 2 weeks later no response still, so I call back and am told that they did clean it and there’s nothing else they can do. When I asked for a manager she said she was the manager. I told her she was very unprofessional and should care more
