I wish I could give zero stars. I would never under any circumstances consider this company for any residential work. They worked as a subcontractor for my elevator installer and I have never been so disappointed. They would not come as promised, missing their promised arrivals time after time. They actually said one time that they had “bigger jobs” to work (mine was “only” $15K). I missed at least 4 days of work because they had promised me they would arrive on a certain day, only for me to wait around for people that never showed (and of course no call). The forgot to order critical components (like doors!), or as they claimed, “the wrong doors were shipped”. Their electrician used the wrong gauge wire (smaller), even though it was clearly specified on the drawings and it had to be redo

Nicest people I’ve ever met, they truly value their work, are prepared for every situation, have a genuine passion for helping the community, and meet every expectation.
