We’re relatively new to the place having just moved a couple of months ago and the first apartment repair involves the neighbor right below us, our bathtub was leaking through the neighbor’s kitchen ceiling. Disaster. Awful it happened so soon and worst that we don’t know anyone to ask for recommendations. But thanks to my pal Google, we found Tappan Z and Theo. They sent Nivaldi to assess the issue and within days, the tub and ceiling are both fixed. They’re great in communicating issues, timely and upfront. After installing wiring I needed my dry wall to be patched. Tappan Z did a great job fixing my wall. Everything was done neatly and on time.
