Tasha Fuels & Propane

My former propane provider called me to say they couldn't make a scheduled delivery because my driveway was snow covered. I called Tasha who have been our heating oil provider for 20+ years and asked for assistance. They immediately contacted a service to plow my driveway, which I greatly appreciated because my wife and I are snowbirds who spend winters in Florida, and I didn't know who to call. Based on their superior customer service I cancelled propane service with the former company and moved the business to Tasha. Their price per gallon of propane is 60 cents less per gallon than the former provider! Tasha is an outstanding company.

I scheduled a tech to come repair a leaky pressure relief valve on my oil furnace. I got a call to say the tech was on his way as scheduled, but then the caller tells me that they can't do the service anymore. He starts talking about taking a girl to a prom then going home with another. I haven't got a clue about this so I start asking questions. He gets kinda upset. I finally figure out that he's saying they don't want to provide service if I don't purchase oil from them. OK, I shop around when I need oil because I don't have extra cash to give away. So why schedule the service??? The owner gets on the line and I ask about the prom thing and he starts asking me questions. "Ever go to prom?" "What are you trying to do with the girl at the end of the night?" At this point, I ask if

Unbelievably great service! Not only do they fill my oil tank like clockwork, they came out within an hour of me calling at 7:30 am because my boiler stopped running. The technician quickly identified a faulty control board, and had one with him in the truck. He even replaced the fuel filter and checked the nozzle and igniter once it was up and running. Bonus! The most courteous and professional Twenty Something l have run across in a while. I was extremely fortunate to be their oil customer that they prioritize and repair boilers for!!!!

I happily use Tasha fuels in propane for my home heating needs. I have an oil fired forced hot water system. Tasha provides automatic delivery at a great price through Self-Reliance. Their technicians have also been servicing my burner for several years. They are prompt, kind, efficient, answer all my questions honestly and clearly, and the price is more than fair considering the level of service and integrity I am receiving! I once had a problem on the weekend and left a message. After a few hours, the actual owner called me to check up on me and make things right! This wonderful act was impressive, Kind and truly demonstrates the level of service and integrity you can expect from Tasha Fuels and Propane. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!
