Never shows up when they say they will, and will ghost you for weeks. Will leave to get parts and never come back. have wasted several days over the course of a couple years waiting for someone who said they would be there and never showed. A couple years ago it took several missed appointments over the course of 2 weeks to get the HVAC running. The last time they just never showed and never answered phone calls again.

Second time they were a no call-no show. Tried this company last year with the same result. Technician said they would be at my home Mid-morning. We tried to establish a time at 2pm with no response. Literally just text at 5:15 saying they can't make it. The whole day wasted with no heat. I rarely leave negative reviews , prefer to let it go. If they can't make an appointment on time. Imagine the quality of work that will be done IF they get there???? Integrity goes along way.

I called and they were there within 24 hours and installed a unit for me on payments, it was 112 degrees in my house, if not for them I think my animals would have perished, I can't say enough about Greg and his crew, they are professional courteous, and very respectful. I would use them and recommend them for any job you need done!!!!

Won't return call. I wanted to purchase a minisplit. I called but there was no answer so I left a message. I waited 2 weeks and called again speaking with Kenny Taylor directly. He could not give me prices of any minisplits and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few weeks and just gave up. It has now been over a year. If it is this hard on the front end to get a call back on a pre-sale, I can't imagine how hard it would be to get a call back if you purchased a unit from them and had issues.

In May, our HVAC unit locked up/went out!🥵 The next morning at 8am I called Greg with Taylor's Heating and Air. He was at our house by 930am! They diagnosed and we are set up for a new order to get us air again! They were there the next day! Greg, Sean and Cheque were very nice and professional!! We definitely recommend this company!
