Doing any large home renovation can be quite nervewracking, but the team made the entire process so easy and seamless. James, the owner, was wonderful to work with — always responsive and really made sure I felt comfortable with the whole process. Jaime, the office manager, was also fantastic — professional, helpful, and always so friendly whenever I had questions. George, who was my main contractor, did an amazing job. I LOVE my new bathroom!! He paid attention to every little detail and made sure everything was done right. My bathroom came out even better than I imagined! They did such a great job that I’ve already decided to have them remodel another bathroom for me. We had a wonderful experience working with the folks at Taylor Maid to get my kitchen renovated and new flooring put in! They were very responsive over email and the crew was super respectful and got things done quickly. We LOVE our new kitchen - they let us know what to expect daily during the construction process. This place is awful. They presented to in 2018 as just Taylormade general contracting. My realtor recommended them. They did a roof and HVAC. They sent inexperienced workers to my house. The brand new furnace broke a week later leaving us with NO HEAT in January with a 5 year old. Now 6 years later my roof shingles have been slowly falling off over the last 2 years. The roof is not even 6 years old.
