Taylor Tile &Design

We bought a home that was about 2 years old and 2 years after we bought it we had issues with tiles popping and cracking. Taylor tile & Design was the contractor that did the tile job on the new construction. I reached out to Taylor Tile knowing that I had no recourse but explaining that it was kind of a crappy situation. Kris the warranty guy came out to the house to take a look. He understood where I was coming from. I knew they would not replace it for free as I was the second owner. He sent me a quote to have the tile removed and replaced and it was well below What a tile job would have cost. I was extremely happy with the price and the job done on the new tile. I did have to pay to have someone come reinstall the trim but that was OK by me. Thanks Kris for handling the situation with

We purchased a brand new home in Godley four years ago and about six months ago, we started losing grout in our bathroom floor. Not long after the grout started flaking. The tile started, buckling, lifting and cracked right down the middle. Unfortunately, since we were outside of our warranty for a new home there wasn’t anything that our builder could do. So we reached out to Taylor Tile & Design since they were the people who installed and they pretty much told us that the only thing they could do was cover the labor, but we would have to buy the material to redo the entire floor since our flooring was discontinued.
