TCR Plumbing came out this week to repair major sewer line blockage. Tree roots were blocking and destroying my sewer line. They came out promptly, camera’d my line to see the problem. Brett was outstanding by letting me know exactly what repairs needed to be done with quote of the repair. They replaced my broken line and installed a new accessible outside overflow. Excellent experience! Brett installed a water heater for us. The job went into the night. After they had confirmed the heater was working, they noticed the thermostat batteries in the apartment were dead. Brett bought batteries over-night and returned to the job early the next morning to make sure the thermostat and the water heater were communicating. Great work and follow through! Thank you.
