TDE Electric

TDE is great to work with! We needed two new circuits put in to existing outlets and within a week of first contacting Terry, it is done. Communication was great, all of my questions were answered and everything was explained to me. The two men who came to do the work were on time, quick, professional, friendly and neat. And it was all at what feels like a very reasonable price. We will definitely call them if we need electrical work done again.

They arrived on time and were wonderfully efficient, knowledgeable, and skillful in fixing my electrical problem. We had a wired smoke alarm that somebody had tampered with. They destroyed the smoke alarm, but then (apparently) also disconnected it from the house wiring. We had installed a new smoke alarm, but it still wasn't working. We couldn't figure out why it wasn't working, so we called TDE Electric. TDE was responsive and friendly. He came out, quickly found the issue, and fixed it easily. Their price was reasonable, and work quality / interactions were all professional. This was not our first time hiring TDE. We found them several years ago. They've always been professional, reasonable, and done good work. Thank you!

I have used TDE many times over the years. They have ALWAYS been extremely professional, prompt and reasonable. They communicate well with me on the cost up front and scheduling. They show up when they say they will. They do the complete job with no hidden costs. With electricity, It's important to me that I can trust their work.

Called for an estimate, argumentative on the phone about the situation. He came out and was positional about what work was getting done. Then I got a quote in an email, not drafted on any letterhead, nothing other than the basic overview of work and a price. I emailed for clarifcation and a timeframe of when they would be able to perform the work and got no response. I emailed once a week as I know people are busy, no response for a month. Called today and was told he did his job to give me a free estimate and thats it. Incredibly interesting way of doing "business" . Was going to have him take the job, which was a good bit of money, and get it done right. Unprofessional responses lost a customer. Do not recommend solely based of his, Terry the owner's responses to customer questions.
