I had serious water damage due to a pot filler faucet let on for more than a week. My entire first floor African Mahogany floor buckled. The water saturated the floor system and flooded the basement. Mike explained everything. He was very reassuring. Dylan, the crew foreman, did a fabulous job with mitigation. All the flooring needed to come up. They removed the kitchen cabinets, granite, etc. They gutted the basement. I had numerous contractors that came in after them. They all said they never saw a mitigation company leave everything so perfect, ready for restoration. I highly recommend these guys.

I had a water heater explode in a finished basement. All of the carpeting and laminate flooring had to be removed. Total mess. They were at my house working within 2 hrs of my call. The Managers and thier Team are very professional and efficient. They check on my basement every day and make sure the the equipment they use to dry my basement is doing it's job. Peace of mind and trust are very important. I would highly recommend this company and am really lucky they are doing this job.

This group was incredible! They were delayed a day because of the weather and actually finished a day early! It was a grand undertaking of a roof restoration and they were really wonderful. From set-up to clean up, my family and I were impressed beyond words. My niece also loved peeking out the window to watch their progress. When they finished clean up, it was as if they had never been there. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great job.

I have been a landlord for over 32 years. I have always used individuals to do work for me (the little guys) because I thought the big companies would be to pricey and arrogant. Recently I had a problem with one of my properties, I called TechEast because I needed someone fast. They arrived within the hour and explained to me how they were going to handle the problem and that they would explain to my insurance company if needed. They went above & beyond what I thought they would do and it didn't cost a bundle. The techs were knowledgeable & friendly and got the problem fixed in a timely manner. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!

We had water damage in our upstairs bathroom from our tub so it had to be completely redone. It took nearly a month after another company gutted the bathroom for them to finally fit us for the renovation in last second, with a weekend’s notice. There was poor communication throughout the whole process, from project managers to contractors. Whenever I reached out for a follow up for scheduling or for any other questions I was anyways either blown off or met with some kind of attitude. They completely disregarded my preference in floor board direction, and didn’t even bother to level the floor with the hallway before laying it down. They took way too long to address other concerns with the work - their contractor at first thought it was a good idea to put up a mirror framing with duct tape
