They always make time. I have 2 coolers and an AC system, they have worked on them all(they do not love to do AC work, but do) Always get the job done. Have had compressors, evaporator fan work, valve work, refrigerant leaks. One cooler is 30 years old and one is 22 years old and they keep them in tiptop shape
