Terminix

I had a year contract with this company! It ended May the 30th had two employees tell me I was paid up and owed nothing more! I was called in June to see if I would keep their services I told them no because they went 6 months and didn't come out and was suppose to come out every 3 months! I'm sick and disabled and they have caused me nothing but stress! Now they say I owe over $500 it's ridiculous that they want to rip people off! My best advice is to stay away from this company!

Worst experience. I spent close to $160 just to have someone spray my door entrances and not address the original problem for which I called Terminix in the first place, which were carpenter ants around the fireplace, will not be recommending Terminix to anyone in the future, including all of my colleagues, moving to a different company. Do not use Terminix! They do not issue refunds and will not guarantee any of their services, very bad company. Will be calling the Better Business Bureau. If I could give less than one star I would.

Johnny was super awesome professional and courteous. He went above and beyond called me the day before was very polite knowledgeable and very good at his job 5 /5 stars. However was very disappointed with Wes, had an appointment scheduled for 10am he did not call me until noon to reschedule very unprofessional

I had a very negative and unsatisfactory experience today. Technician came out and did not treat the areas as requested. Call customer care and had them read off what I requested and it was what I had requested. The technician did not complete as requested and was very clueless when I asked questions. Paid $160. And customer service refused to issue a refund.

Door-to-door soliciting within a non-solicitation neighborhood by insistent sales representatives. Every year, I communicate that I'm not interested yet they return every year. I had to ask the last rep to leave my property twice and threaten to call the police before they left. Overall poor business practices with a product offering that I'm never going to be interested in. Terminix, I have the doorbell recording if you're interested in learning more about this specific incident and hopefully you'll do better.
