My technician Eric W. has serviced my house reliably and with great attention for a number of years, always phoning ahead to tell me when he was coming and rescheduling me if not convenient. Most recent service was exterior protection. In warmer weather I usually have our technician come into the house to spray perimeter walls for prevention of spiders, ants, mice, etc. Over the past year we have seen very little activity, thanks to boxes put in the garage and in the unfinished basement perimeter. Eric Williford is our tech and he is as pleasant as they come. He offers to come inside with each visit, and advises when he is coming, allowing rescheduling if needed. We've had a couple of other interim techs in the past who didn't come close to Eric's level of service.

I’ve had a really strong experience working with Terminix, specifically Josh and Jeremy. Josh has been great from the beginning. He actually took the time to understand what was going on with my house, asked good questions, and talked through options instead of just pushing a standard solution. I appreciated that he considered my specific concerns and worked with me to land on the approach that made the most sense. He’s also been very attentive with follow ups and check ins, which goes a long way. Customer service matters, and Josh takes it seriously. Because of how responsive and thoughtful he’s been, I’ll absolutely continue working with him going forward. Jeremy handled the wildlife exclusion work and clearly knows his craft. I’ve had issues on and off calling and speaking to Terminix customer service but the only reason I stay with them is because of their technicians. The people they employ to come out and help you with your issues are grade A. They’re polite, friendly and really want to help you. I’ve learned alot from them because they are always willing to share their knowledge and answer my questions. Terminix technicians deserve a raise and the praise. Especially my technician Elijah who comes quarterly to check in. When I was having bad rodent problems I was in constant contact and he kept open communication with me and was available when I needed retrieval. So happy that my issue has been resolved and I’m very much satisfied with my service.
