Very friendly and very good at answering any questions or concerns. We’ve used Terminex for several years now and we’re very happy with the results (especially our spider free home finally!). We’re also very happy with the communication and reliability.

Chris has managed my account for the last 6 months and coordinated all of my services with precision. He is professional and responsive to all my requests. Orlando and his partner and Jerry and his partner were excellent as well. Highly recommend their services. In addition to routine services they did a great job with my basement cleanout! Jerome was great! Super nice and explained the service he was going to do as well as check in to see if I had a specific concerns he needed to address. I also received a notification when he was on the way so I knew to expect his visit.

Buffalo/Tonawanda area. Inspector showed and sold me additional products for a tech to bring who never showed up. Technician has been a no call no show and no one can get ahold of them and this is for a first time service as a new customer. Was supposed to arrive between 8-10am it’s now after 4pm and still no call and no show. Spoke to a customer service supervisor who was also not helpful and could not do anything to assist but would email a Buffalo manager. Very unprofessional and disappointing! I should have listened to Reditt and other reviews! Scam to lock you into a monthly membership!!
