I had the pleasure of dealing with this business a few yrs ago. I wasnt going to write a review but as of late I have decided that it is now necessary. They came after calling multiple times to snake my drains1st time they thought they had it but didnt. They came a 2nd time many days later and did it again finding a tampon in the line claiming it was mine and they then charged me a 2nd time. I dont FLUSH my tampons and am the only female living here so pretty sure it wasnt my fault it was still clogged they also punctured one of the pipes so had to call another company to come in and fix that costing me more money. I tried talking to someone at the facility to come to a compromise with my bill and kept getting told that they were going to call me back nothing. Now they have taken me to

Called multiple companies within town to come fix a furnace. This company was able to come within a reasonable time frame. Things were explained prior to solving the issue and so I'd know what to expect on billing. Was very satisfied with tech's work. Will call them in the future and would recommend them to others.

Had to call multiple times to even get them to show up to fix our nonfunctional heater on sub zero temperatures, didn't show for two weeks, spent three hours and failed to fix the problem, left and never came back. Charge: $400 Called another place, they showed up same day, fixed the problem in half an hour. Tessiers is a company of by-the-hour abusing thieves. Cannot recommend.

Quick response for our A/C issue. On time. Very happy with the work done. Tech's were professional. Will use them again.
