Mike and his team are top notch professionals and have a diverse skill set with their team members from all walks of the construction trade and building types. You can be sure when you buy or rent their properties there will be no defects or issues, they stand by their work and its quality construction - they are one of the best builders I've come across in Philly!

Purchased a newly constructed home in 2020 that TCG built. In the 2 years I've owned it, I have had 3 leaks caused by issues to 3 different points of entry to the house and have had 2 instances of siding coming completely off the house. Would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a home that TCG built to proceed with caution - quality of work is sub-par and will only cause more headaches down the line. Attached is a picture of my latest leak - currently outside the 1 year warranty so they are conveniently too busy to repair.

Tester is one of the best construction firms in Philadelphia! Their knowledge and expertise is top notch. Tester construction is a valuable asset for any development project!

While a nice group of individuals, this company lacks follow through. I am still waiting on work to be done from my 1 year warranty that was 5 months ago.
